12: Behind the Curtains of Wand(HER)wild
Reflecting Forward: Intentional Motherhood, Community, and What's to Come in 2025
As the new year unfolds, the latest episode of the Wand(HER)wild podcast invites listeners behind the scenes for a heartwarming reflection on the evolution of the Wander Wild community. Co-hosted by Monica and Carolyn, the episode offers a soulful review of the past year while looking ahead at what’s blooming for 2025.
At its heart, this episode is a celebration of slow, intuitive motherhood and the powerful connections being nurtured inside theWand(HER)wild member space—a virtual home for modern mothers looking for deeper connection, personal growth, and soul-aligned support. Through personal anecdotes, shared wins, and an abundance of gratitude, Monica and Carolyn highlight how motherhood can be both a mirror and a muse for transformation.
The Birth of a Sacred Space
Six months after opening the Wand(HER)wild member space, Monica and Carolyn reflect on what has blossomed. The space was never meant to be a traditional coaching platform; instead, it emerged from a desire to create something more intimate, vulnerable, and real. It’s a gathering of mothers who are not afraid to be seen in their wholeness—messy, magical, uncertain, and wise.
Carolyn shares how the member space helped her realize she wasn’t alone in the emotional terrain of motherhood. From burnout and guilt to joy and curiosity, the spectrum of feelings mothers experience is not only valid but shared. For Monica, creating the Witch Wound cohort in fall 2024 became a deeply personal journey that forced her to confront layers of self-expression and authenticity in her own life.
Leading Without Perfection
Both Monica and Carolyn acknowledge that they are learning alongside the community. Unlike the polished “parenting gurus” who often present motherhood as a solved equation, they offer guidance as fellow travelers. In guiding others, they find themselves doing the work too—revisiting past wounds, embodying rituals, and leaning into vulnerability.
In Monica’s words, “Creating these offerings has helped me melt into being more open and not needing to be the strong one all the time.” The sense of safety and mutual respect in the group allows for these kinds of deep, unguarded shares. What unfolds is a tapestry of truth, where showing up imperfectly becomes an act of courage and connection.
Moments of Magic Inside the Member Space
From breathwork to full moon rituals and chakra-clearing ceremonies, the community has embraced spiritual practices that might seem “too much” elsewhere—but feel completely at home here. For mothers new to intuitive living, it’s a soft landing. For those further along, it’s a deepening.
Workshops like the Slow Living Holiday Session and Time Bending for Mothers invited participants to reflect, recalibrate, and reconnect. The response was overwhelmingly positive. Carolyn points out that even simple, five-minute rituals like silent coffee on the porch or grounding bare feet on the earth can be powerful tools for returning to oneself.
Guidance Calls That Feel Like Home
One of the most beloved offerings is the live guidance calls. Held bi-monthly, these virtual gatherings are rooted in presence and shaped by seasonally relevant themes—from intention setting to soulful manifestation.
Unlike many online spaces that can feel crowded or performative, these calls are quiet, sacred, and real. Carolyn shares how these live conversations have become a place where mothers can safely bring their whole selves—sometimes even more than they can in close friendships.
A recent call on reflection and celebration stirred deep realizations about the importance of pausing before rushing into a “new year, new me” mindset. “Sometimes,” Carolyn shares, “we just need to sit with what we’ve already done and celebrate it.”
Healing in Community
The WhatsApp group, the community’s daily lifeline, overflows with compassionate check-ins, late-night shares, and spontaneous celebrations. Whether a mother is moving through burnout or celebrating an intuitive win, she is met with heartfelt responses—not fixes, not advice—just deep listening.
Monica recalls a recent message exchange where a community member gently reminded another, “You’re not doing anything wrong. It’s hard—and you’re not alone.” These are the moments that solidify the space as more than a support group—it’s a sacred circle of mirrors and witnesses.
Growth You Can Feel
The member space includes a dedicated “Gratitude Channel,” where mothers document small wins, mindset shifts, or even moments of stillness. From celebrating creative energy to letting go of perfectionism, each post reflects the inner transformation that’s slowly but surely taking root.
Carolyn notes a recurring theme: intuition. More and more mothers are learning to trust their inner voice, to live from the inside out, and to detach from the noise of comparison, hustle, and guilt. “These are the big wins,” Monica adds. “The ones that truly change your life.”
Looking Ahead to 2025
With clarity and purpose, Monica and Carolyn outline what’s ahead. First up is the Soul Manifesting Series—a seven-part, self-paced program rooted in soulful goal setting. Rather than chasing resolutions, this series invites mothers to gently call in what their heart truly desires.
January and February are full of connection: bi-monthly guidance calls, intention-setting circles, and even a live cacao ceremony. But the most exciting development is the next cohort inside the member space: Sacred Connections. This six-week journey will explore mother-child dynamics through the lens of astrology and human design, with workshops on natal chart synastry and energetic alignment.
Beyond the Member Space: A Free Global Summit
The big reveal? A free audio summit titled “Intentional Living for Mothers” launching February 3–7. This event will include 30+ conversations with thought leaders, experts, and intuitive guides, all focused on intentional motherhood, self-healing, and conscious parenting.
Available via a private podcast feed, each session is around 20–30 minutes—perfect for a walk, commute, or late-night listen. Topics include the sacred feminine, hypnobirthing, nervous system healing, sibling play, food freedom, and reclaiming sensuality in motherhood. Monica will host all conversations, and each speaker is offering a free resource to complement their talk.
A Partnership Built on Flow
As the episode winds down, Monica and Carolyn reflect on their own partnership—a serendipitous alignment of vision and skill. Monica brings the expansive vision, while Carolyn grounds the details into practical form. Together, they bring both fire and flow to Wander Wild, creating a rhythm that allows the community to flourish.
Carolyn remarks, “It just works. It’s wild how we finish each other’s thoughts and can co-create so naturally.”
A New Year, A New Way of Being
More than an update, this episode is a love letter—to their community, their growth, and to all mothers walking the path of conscious living. It’s a call to slow down, to tune in, and to remember that evolution doesn’t require perfection—only presence.
Monica and Carolyn don’t claim to have all the answers, but they’re walking the path, and they’re holding the lantern. As 2025 unfolds, their invitation is simple: come as you are, bring your questions, your wounds, your hopes. There’s a circle waiting.
